Symptoms you may be experiencing if you have Lyme or its co-infections include fatigue, insomnia, joint, muscle or nerve pain, headaches, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, heart pain and tachycardia episodes, neurological symptoms, and MANY others.

At Foundations Wellness Coaching we help clients with symptoms such as these every day, and THERE IS HOPE. There are a number of pillars we base our protocols on for helping people with LYME RECOVERY.

GUT HEALTH

Another pillar of Lyme recovery is improving GUT HEALTH. The gut microbiome has many functions crucial for our bodies. It is made up of a wide variety of bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites living in balance. Among other things, the gut microbiome protects our bodies from toxins, it helps us absorb nutrients, and it produces vitamins and hormones. It also has the job of nourishing our immune system. By healing the gut, the body can shift its attention to healing.

DETOX

One pillar of Lyme recovery is detoxification. Toxins have many effects on the body, including lowering the ability of the immune system to fight off infections, such as Lyme. They also damage the gut microbiome, which is a first line defense in our bodies to keep us healthy. Hormones are also affected, which causes damage throughout the body. Through DETOXIFICATION, we put the body into a state of healing itself.

REDUCE BIOFILM

Another pillar of Lyme recovery is going after the bugs and the biofilm where they live. Lyme and its co-infections are known as stealth infections, which means they can be very hard to find. We work to REDUCE THE BIOFILM where they live. The biofilm may be made out of mold, heavy metals, and other microorganisms. The biofilm makes it difficult for the immune system to find the Lyme and kill it. At Foundations Wellness Coaching we offer therapies and quality supplements that help draw Lyme out of hiding so the immune system can do its job!
